A．準備　Preparation　
　　
1.自己紹介をする機会がたくさんあります。あなたの名前、大学、母国やふるさと、家族のことを日本語で説明できるように練習して来てください。
You have a lot of chances to introduce yourself and your country. Please practice for your introduction in Japanese, for example, name, university and major, country, hometown, family etc.

2.ホストファミリーのインフォメーションをもらったら、必ず電話、手紙などで連絡し、挨拶をしてください。この時、持って行くもの(特に、労働交流に必要なもの)を確認してください。
Be sure to contact your host family for greeting by letter or telephone. At that time, please check with them what you may need to bring especially for the labor exchange.

質問の仕方：「労働(ろうどう)交流(こうりゅう)にはどのような仕事着(しごとぎ)や靴(くつ)が必要(ひつよう)ですか？」

3.集合場所や、解散場所からの交通を調べましょう。田舎では、バスや電車は、とても少ないです。
Check transportation and timetable to meeting place and from dispersion place. There are less public transportations in countryside.

B．持ち物　Items

�@事前に必ず受入家庭に連絡をとり、交流に必要なものを確認しましょう。
Be sure to contact your host family and check the items which you need.

�A「国民健康保険」の証書と身分証明書。
Your ID and Insurance card of ‘National Health Insurance’

�B常備薬（いつも飲んでいる薬）。船に乗る人は、酔い止めの薬。
Some medicine which you take your daily life. Motion sickness pills.

�C軽装とスニーカー。汚れても良い服装を持ってきましょう。
Casual wears and sneakers (trainers).Those might be strained with dirt.

�D日中は暖かくても、朝と夜は寒くなります。セーターやジャケットも準備しましょう。
Although it will be warm in the daytime, you’ll need a sweater or a jacket for the nighttime.

�F民族衣装や写真など、あなたの国の文化を紹介するもの。地域交流や学校交流で役立ちます。
Traditional clothes, pictures or some items to introduce the culture of your countries. These are useful at local exchange and school exchange.

�Gお金。銀行は少ないので、何度も行く事はできません。
Money. You may not go to the bank often because there will be not many banks in the homestay area.

７．注意事項　Notice

�@このプログラムは、観光が目的ではありません。交流期間中に、自分で勝手に旅行をしたり、友達と会う約束をしたり、ホストファミリーに観光やショッピングに連れて行くよう頼まないでください。
This program is not a sight-seeing tour. Please don’t make plan to travel around or meet your friends without permission of your hostfamily. Don’t ask hostfamily to take you to sight-seeing or shopping.

�Aホストファミリーはお金をもらわずに皆さんのホームステイを受入れています。あなたも、ホストファミリーに、お金の負担がかからないように、気をつけてください。たとえば、家の電話やインターネットを使う時もお金がかかります。ジュースやスナックを買う時も、自分でお金を払うように心がけましょう。
The host family receives no money for hosting you. Please care them not to use extra money. For example, it will be cost when you use house phone or internet. It will be better to buy your own snacks by yourself.

�Bホストファミリーには、それぞれの仕事や、生活習慣、ルールがあります。あなたも家族の一員として、彼らの習慣や生活時間に合わせたり（たとえば、朝は家族と同じ時間に起きる。自分だけ遅くまで寝ていてはいけません）、家の手伝い（家事や農作業、お店の手伝いなど）をしてください。
Hostfamily has their own life, job, custom, and rules. Please try to adapt to their custom (for example, don’t sleep late in the morning. Try to wake up at the same time with your hostfamily.) and to help their work together.

�Cホームステイ期間中は、電話をかけないようにする。受入家庭と過ごす時間を大切にしましょう。特に、参加者同士で電話を頻繁にしたり、ホストファミリーや交流プログラムの比較をしないでください。Try not to make phone calls during home-stay period, especially to other participants. Please don't compare your situation to other participant’s. Value the time with your host family.

�D交流期間の途中でホストファミリーを変更したり、帰ったりする事はできません。ただし、目的を理解せず、勝手な行動をする参加者には、途中でプログラムを中止してもらう事があります。（参加費は返しません）
It is not allowed to change your host family or to quit this program in the middle. However, we may stop the program for the participants with wrong understanding. (Participation is not refundable)
